- Whole day sitting may also result in stiffening and shortening of the leg muscles. This occurs primarily due to inactivity of the leg muscles and reduced blood circulation. Thus, you will be ready to go to the doctor with stiff legs and hips.
Overall, idle sitting for whole day can produce unwanted results related to your health which is simply not favourable.
